Question:
Can I process
recurring payments?
Answer:
Yes, we welcome recurring payments from our merchants.
Our Recurring Payments Manager (RPM) lets merchants set up recurring payments
for customers quickly and easily. After set up, RPM withdraws funds from
the merchant's customers automatically on the scheduled date you’ve
established, debiting their credit card or their checking account according to
the customer's preferences.
Some businesses that benefit most from this service include:
- Health clubs
- Club memberships
- Cable television
- Insurance companies
- Mortgage companies
- Loan companies
- Used Auto dealers
- Subscription publications
- Charities
- Property management companies
- Educational institutions
- Collection services
- Equipment rentals
- Service companies
There is no set-up charge or extra monthly charge for using
RPM. Merchants are charged only for processing transactions for credit
card or check transactions. See Recurring
Payments

Question:
How
does the recurring payments system work?
Answer:
The system is easy to use and can be set up quickly and
securely for receiving payments from customers automatically on the agreed due
date.
Merchants have a username and password that admits the
merchant administrator into the secure system. Once in, the administrator
can set up each customer’s account relationship, or the administrator can
upload batch customer files using data that the administrator formats in the
template the processor provides. Each customer can be set up to pay by
automatic credit card payments or automatic electronic checks either weekly,
bi-weekly or monthly on the agreed date.
